You can't do payments over the phone to tracker.the sms say I must use ref 556291 to pay in monthly instalments but bank say its not correct. I paid in balance R276.80 due on my a/c on 04/01/2013 using my vehicle reg. no. ND64 as reference. Sent a message using website that payment was made & rec email ref LC5569 but 6 days later nobody called or replied to acknowledge. today an sms rec. saying I will be handed over.
Called & spoke to Marietta & she can't see payment so I ask her email so I can email her proof but no sms with her contact details received. I'm a client for nearly 8 years I have had enough of tracker. Cancelling & moving to opposition which is R50 cheaper & more efficient.
