Cancelled but still Billed

In December of 2012 my received a call from Tracker notifying him that the Tracker instalment will increase and in regards to the increasing being over R500 on my two bakkies, he decided to cancel the service with Tracker. On March 2013 he received another call from Tracker saying that he owes three months instalments and that he must pay.

Mrs/Dr Mabona a Family who had also cancelled service with tracker when she traded in vehicle had the same problem few months later Tracker calling that she missed instalments and she must pay. I see now that is how Tracker operates and takes advantage of senior citizens because they cannot object to their request.

Now my father cannot get vehicle finance because you have listed him as missed 9 instalments, what instalments because the service was cancelled? I hear now that he was requested to pay the amount and of which tracker is cancelled, even now you have not cancelled the service which he requested for to be cancelled nine months ago. From March when you called him you people knew he cancelled service but you still proceeded with requesting instalments.

What stupid standards do you set for the reputation of tracker?
