I signed up with ADT in Dec 2013... Part of my contract was radio link to Controller Room ..
December last year I was supplied with a radio link to install... Radio Link supplied was faulty!! In the interim I was overseas over the December period .. I was assured by ADT that the installation would be completed over the December period - the arrangement was that ADT were to be in contact with either, the person house sitting and / or my electrician - confirming when (date / time) they would be returning to complete the installation - THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! ADT arrived (UNANNOUNCED) at my residence - and were denied access!!! RIGHTLY SO!!! Subsequent to my returning from overseas - I contacted ADT to arrange a second call out for FRIDAY 24/01/14 - - - I was contacted last Wednesday (22/01/14) and explained that ADT were enroute to do installation - whereby I politely explained that my installation has been booked for FRIDAY 24/01/14 4PM... and not Wednesday!!!
I received a call today from ADT explaining that ADT were on their way to my residence (11am)...
ADT - PERSONAL SECURITY OR STANDING JOKE... Thank goodness I have not been in a life-threatening situation...
