My tracker account was billed with double the premium last month. Then my unit malfunctioned, went in for repairs. A week later i was called, they said its still not working ok, that was on 2/8/13. On 7/8/13 i called in to enquire about the double debits and repairs that need to be done. They guy said he was checking with accounts, he'll get back to me, till today no call back yet. I still dont know whats happening with the account, or when my tracking unit will be fixed. Maybe its time i start shopping around for another tracking company
