I paid in full, upfront, for an urgent alarm system & CCTV installation. On the day the technician tells me the 3 wide angled beams are not in stock, and half an hour after they left one of the cameras failed. I have followed up on the beams several times. Sylvester promised faithfully to call back with a date of delivery; needless to say he has not. and now he does not answer his phone. The call centre (086 1212 400) places you on hold for up to ten minutes (or more) while you wait to get the 'outstanding customer experience' ADT promises. Now some guy in technical called BK says that my second installation has been booked! Did anyone ask me or tell me? What arrogance. ADT Technical??? Always 'out to lunch'. Their telehone 'service rating system' does not even work. Why is dealing with ADT such a NIGHTMARE!!!
