ADT WC is by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. They do not care about service delivery or their consumer. I have phoned over 35 times in under two weeks spoken to numerous call centre agents and supervisors and my alarm system is still not working.
They continuously run late and/or don't bother to even show up to appointments and don't have the courtesy of letting me know.
I have also asked over 5 times to speak to management and they don't even bother responding.
If there is another supplier in your area I would strongly recommend them as opposed to ADT.
