Approximately 2 months ago Charlene came to my house to conclude a sale. The sum of R 900.00 was paid into the ADT account and thereafter they could not come and install the alarm system. We then called and cancelled as we got a better deal with Best Secure. Eversince then Charlene and her " COMANY " has being giving us the run around for our refund. No one seems to want to assist and we have being promised for weeks now that the refund will be paid into the account and still nothing.
