Ineffective service & failure to correct erro

On 30 July 2013 15h09, I emailed Anthea Sedgewick to remove armed response service and only include telephone monitoring. My request was acknowledged on 30th July at 15h13 effective for 1st Aug 2013. To date I have received a bill every month for an armed response service which was not required nor rendered. Today I have had an ongoing saga with Lara Daniels and she even failed to assist. I have the mail trail, but what is most concerning is the manner in which I am dealt with by your staff. Not only do they misinterpret a written instruction, but I am left hanging after a final mail from Lara at 12h57 saying the instruction I gave Anthea on 30 July 2013 was only implemented on 1st Sept 2013. So looks like I must pay up? Now here's the thing. I've been a client of Chubb in excess of 13 years and am quite fed up if a simple instruction cannot be implemented. I understand if your armed response cars cannot respond timeously as in previous years, but to mess up an admin task in purely plain incompetence. If the matter is not resolved I will be taking my business elsewhere as I have now lost total faith in your in house procedures. My acc no. is JA12592. U know how to contact me.
