I have requested Chubb Security to move the keypad from one position to the other, I was informed that they can only help me a WEEK later, After some hesitation and failure to persuade them to do it before, We then confirmed the date and time for the following week. Come the day of service the technician call me and said they will not come because they could not "get hold of us" to confirm. I was disgusted because we have already confirmed yet again we were suppose to confirm again the date and time. They promised to do it the next day, Still nobody came to sort out the problem.

As I write this complain I AM STILL WAITING FOR CHUBB.

I AM GOING TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AS SOON AS I GET OUT OF THE CONTRACTUAL PBLIGATION WITH THYEM.
