Early Cancellation Fee

Had a 3yr contract with Altech to monitor my Navara. I sold the Navara /-7 Months before end of the 3 yr period. Altech told me 13/08/13 that an early cancellation fee (ECF) was payable (which I accepted) BUT should the Buyer of my Navara take over my contract, there will be no ECF. I provided all details of the new Owner of the Navara to Altech and they communicated with them directly. The new Owner told me on 15/08/13 that they made contact with Altech and will continue with my old contract. On 28/08/13 it was confirmed by N Bosoga at Altech that they successfully signed up the new Owner of my Navara. I requested confirmation that the ECF will be refunded. I was then informed that due to the "delay" in the new Owner signing up with them, I will not be refunded. Excuse: Time delay between 13 & 28/08? All efforts to resolve collapsed! I even signed up my new vehicle with them - big mistake!
