No service!! 4 months later no sertificates

I did my security grades at vusela ..corner Nellmapius and R21 at corporate Park..Braam and Rodney assisted me and 4months later I still have no sertificates? they phoned me asking for another set of finger prints in desember then they phoned they did find it!! after being rejected by many security companies because I do not have any security grades I'm living on street now..no income as result of no service!! a service that cost me about R2000 ..my last 2000 and now they don't respond to mails calls nothing..please help me
