I sold my motor vehicle and requested a replacement tracking unit for my new vehicle. I was asked to complete forms and mail to Allan Desmond and Nevyn France, which I did on 03/12/2013. To date I have received no feedback. I also requested that the tracking service on my old vehicle be terminated, which to date has not been done. I called the call centre today and complained, only to be cut off by the consultant. This is absolutely frustrating. This is the 4th time I have experienced a problem with Netstar and am seriously thinking of terminating my contracts with them
