Really what is the use

Yesterday I received a text saying my unit was unresponsive, if I knew the reason for this to please sms or call to resolve.

I never sms'd or called and Tracker didn't do anything about it, so what was the point of asking... Im tired of paying for a service that I don't get...

Let me know how to cancel this as there is absolutely no point in having it in your vehicle.
