DISSAPOINTING RESPONSE TIME WITH TRACKER

On the 6th of June 2013 at 20:30, my Dad was hijacked at our Gate in PalmRidge, immediately when the hijackers left with the vehicle, my Dad informed Tracker, it took them 45 minutes to respond on the first call and the secound call was an hour later to say that they have found the TRACKING UNIT from the vehicle and did not find the car, up until now he has had no correspondence or a follow up to help the situation, my frustation is what is the point of having TRACKER if these guys know where the unit is, what is the point of hearing all adverts but do not live up to expectations.

Poor service response time and no consideration.

I want answer's on why they took so long and how do they loose a vehicle?
