This has been going on for months, i was promised a refund of all the times that i had adt as a service provider but i am stll waiting for my money. they eventually after months of emails and call (even after signing a cancellation doc) stopped debiting me. i was paying for a service i did not get. when i used the alarm fadility came out not adt and they did not fix it months later so no one could assist me in an emergancy. i just want my money back, they in breach of contract.
