When you have an electric fence, the only solution is to have a code and for the ADT system to send the code to the response officer's PDA.
This system is NOT working half of the time, with the officer turning up and not able to get into the property.
This is unacceptable!
Another unacceptable thing is for a router to be down (and not letting anybody know!), causing radio signals not to go through and ADT technical needed to move our antenna to face another (different) router. This is all your problem, and your equipment, and therefore I should NOT have to pay one cent for this!
