Latency on 3G and support centre assistance

I have been phoning for the last few days and no one are able to assist with my issue they gave me the number 081 187 for "technical support" and its not. I spoke to another lady today about my issue, my 3g and the sudden high latency I have been experiencing only in the last 3 weeks and she is Arguing with me about my settings on my wireless router. SHE SAID I HAVE TO WALK AROUN IN THE HOUSE UNTIL I GET SIGNAL... I tried to explain that I have a wireless router with a pointing antenna and it is not a signal problem and when she did not know the answer she put me back to the automated voice system. This is Unacceptable and I am in IT I don't need to argue about my settings and equipment with a person with no technical skill on a subject she knows nothing about. Also I clearly stated that its only been happening in the last 3 weeks. I need tech support and not to be pushed around from one person to another with no result wasting my time instead of assisting.
