To whom it may concern
It has been months of going back and forth now with your company. We pay a monthly fee to Chubb security of R299 for ARMED RESPONSE. 3-4 months ago we called in saying that when we push our EMERGENCY button your callcentre is not responding we were told that you had not connected the signal to our new home yet and we asked for you to please come and see to it ASAP because that is what we pay you for Then 2 months ago we noticed when our alarm was not disarmed correctly nobody called us to see if anything was wrong at our premises. We have logged numerous calls and still NO SERVICE from your company.
During the holidays our alarm went off numerous times where our families and friends had to check our home to make sure we were not being cleaned out by robbers, We must pay your for a service which is not being delivered and if our house gets broken into our insurance will not cover the claim because of your negligence and I can guarantee you (CHUBB) we will hold you liable if such a thing happens. Our contract is done at the end of this year and we cannot wait to be rid of your company. We will NOT PAY your premiums until a service is delivered.
