BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I have been with Matrix for a very long time and have always got excellent service, but my experience the last 7 months was to say the least horrific.

I travel a lot over seas for business ans the last two trips, my car's battery would run flat. Every time I get back home, I get BMW out to start it again, but then my matrix unit does not communicate anymore.

No firstly, no alert was send or a call to let me know that the battery is flat, even though I have a top of the range MX3 unit, and now my car is of the grid, and no one is the wiser.

Then, in both instances, it was a battle and a half to just get Matrix to get the car back on tracking. I would report the error, they would test and log a call with their scheduling dept and then it goes cold. The first time it took me 2 weeks to get the car back on the grid, and recently 51 days!!!

I have to chase them, I need to beg them, their records are chaotic as they keep on giving the wrong unit number, so on the 17th May the car is back on tracking. (replaced in both instances the unit)

Running my own company I have now lost all the previous tax log books and the 51 days that I was not the grid.
Not a happy camper.
