I was contacted by a Mr Andrew Mathe on the 30th of Dec from the Matrix/Beame scheduling department to fit my Beame tracker device into my new vehicle, i was kind of dumbstruck as all other tracker companies go to wherever you are situated but i had to go where they are. He scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am on Friday morning the 3rd of January at Tyger Wheel and Tyre Silver Lakes Pretoria as this is the "closest" to where I am residing, I took a day off from work to do this. Upon my arrival at 10:00 a guy Named Hannes helped me but did not even know I was scheduled to be there, i stood there waiting for over an hour and he tried to get the Beame system running. Apparently no one phone them to tell them i was scheduled to come in, Hannes even apologized as none of them knew how the system works and had to phone through to head office and get talked through the system telephonically whilst i was standing there. This is unacceptable, and this is not the fault of the staff at tyger wheel and tyre its your Lack of communication from YOUR side. After being on the phone for over 30min I eventually had a tracker installed which took 5 minutes but wasted 2 Hours of my time. BAD BAD!!
