BAD Service since day one

Gate 2 Door Installed tracker in my car about 3weeks ago. That morning my car was booked at 10h00 and as I arrived Ruan (who helped me) said he will give me a call when my car is done. Irshaan at Head Office tracker said installation takes about 2h30min at the most. After 16h00 I phone to ask about my car and they said they are finished. But they never phoned!
The Friday after installation we leave to visit in Pretoria, the whole time we couldn't listen any Radio as the Tracker system was interfering with the car radio. (It didn't do so before tracker was installed). 18Feb I phone Gate2Door to give them the problem. On thursday 21Feb I take my car back, once again Ruan said he will phone me when he is done, this was just after 10h00. That same day after 17h00 I call, there is no answer. We then drove of to Gate2Door, the car was parked outside probably several hours. He then said that the phone was but never told me that in the morning. He then couldn't find what was wrong and said he will phone me the following day so that they can move the tracking system. I'm still waiting for his phone call, it is now 2weeks later. What a bad name they give to tracker.
