On 21 December 2013, I registered a complaint about this pathetic company calling me about getting a signal on my car for a contract that was cancelled months ago. I got a response from Johan on 23/12/2013 that he will "get back to me as soon as possibe"!!! REALLY!!! Today is 2 Jan 2014, . that soon as possible has not come yet!!! PATHETIC!!! As always, Netstar has no idea what customer service is! Maybe you actually need to move into politics but you are only full of promises and dont know what delivery is. Tracking is definitely something you can't do! I need a response this year please.!
