Maxidor gave a quote for a security door at townhouse where I live. The owner accepted maxidor quote. They contacted me 4 TIMES TO SCHEDULE INSTALLATIONS, WHICH THEY DIN NOT KEEP ONCE. Maxidor didn't even had the professional courtesy to contact me to cancel the scheduled installations. For 4 times in 3 weeks, I needed to take time off work to be on time for the appointments, ( the appointment times where al 4 times at 15h00). I work in Randburg, and reside in Centurion, which means that I needed to leave work at least at 13h00, to be on time. This resulted in me losing 12 hours of work, in just 3 weeks. I work in the financial environment, which means that time is money. Maxidor then had the nerve to say that not the renting agent, or my phone, is available for them to contact us. Now my very valid question; If our phones numbers didnt work, how is it possible that they got hold of me 4 TIMES to schedule installation dates, but when the day and time came for the installation, the numbers didn't work??? Still I DON'T HAVE A SECURITY DOOR.
