Lack of Urgency & Customer Service

We got a quote from Maxidor which we accepted. We paid the required deposit on the 8th of August 2013. The lead time as indicated on the quote was 3 to 5 days for manufacturing, delivery and installation. To date nothing has happened and all attempts to find out when we can expect installation have come up empty. We are now at the 27th of August and still have no answer from Maxidor.
