As per ADT's response: "We apologise for the delayed response to your query/complaint; your request has been resent to Management for their urgent attention, in hope to resolve the matter at hand." Looks like they need to apologise again for the " the delayed response to your query/complaint". I have still no idea why ADT are deducting money out of my account which always gives one a nice warm Christmassy feeling.
