I refer to my complaint on 24 January about UNISA's lack of response to my query about whether or not I have met the requirements to complete my BA Communication Science. The 31st of January has come and gone and I still don't know where I stand, because I haven't heard a peep out of anyone at Unisa.
The canned response I got to my last HelloPeter query was:
We apologise most sincerely that you have not received a satisfactory response from Unisa. We have forwarded your complaint to the relevant division for urgent investigation.
We will follow up with them to ensure you get the necessary feedback.
So where's the feedback?
