We went to Makro Wonderboom on Saturday the 6th of April at around 12:00. To our shock and dismay, my husband, who has a disability and whose vehicle is authorised to park on the disabled parking spots could not find any parking. The reason was that there was an Appletiser promotion and the Chevrolet Impala emblazoned with the Appletiser branding was parked across 3 disabled parking spaces. No Makro, surely you wouldn't have authorised this? Surely you would be more cognisant of the needs of your disabled customers? We will never again go to this store but rather visit your Silver Lakes store where we've never encountered such difficulty to access the store. It is embarrassing enough that you have to request the car guard to move away the huge green cones for you to park in the allocated spots in the first place but for such negligent attitudes towards the disabled added to the mix?! - unacceptable.
