DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CARTRACK

I am disgusted with the service I am receiving from Cartrack. The call centre is useless, they do not listen to customers and the management never phone you back - they just pass the buck. I do not have faith in company that has the worst customer service that I have ever come across. The company installed the wrong car track unit in my car and after countless calls they are now blaming me for the error but no paperwork was sent by them to ensure it was done correctly. Only after they made the error did they bother to send the paperwork but are still trying to get money out of me for their error!!! They listened to one phone conversation but do not bother going back in their logs to see that I have made countless calls to them to make sure it is done correctly. They are rude when you try and argue with them.

Do yourselves a favour and use another cartrack company!
