On the evening of Tuesday 22nd January we received a call from the ADT response centre to say our alarm had been activated. It was not going off and I told the lady on the phone that. She asked for my password which I refused to give as how did I know it was really ADT calling. 30 minutes later we received another call to ask us to please give directions to our house to the driver of armed response vehicle. To which my husband exploded. I have been a client for many years now (probably around 5) and my money goes out my account every month and yet you do not know how to get to me. 3 Years ago when we did have a break in I had the same problem. a phone call to get directions. I sent through 2 complaints on Friday night last week (25th) and I have recieved no response. HOW SAFE AM I IF YOU DONT KNOW WHERE I LIVE!
