I recently received a phone call from Tracker about my car unit and the monthly payment. The person who called me could not give me all the necessary information so I wrote to their CEO - Alan, which is really easy to do via their website. I immediately received a call from Alida Pieterse, Tracker Express Service Centre, Senior Customer Liaison Officer, who assisted me. Alida has now spent three days sorting out my query and has come up trumps. It is always refreshing to find a staff member and a company that will go out of their way to ensure the client is happy at the end of the day.
