To whom it may concern
This email is to inform you of our extreme dissatisfaction with your company's service once we had ordered our security gate from you.
It is quite obvious that once you had our money in the bank (payment made in full beforehand, as required by you), that customer service was then of no concern to you. Your company delayed the installation of the gate on 3 occasions, despite us being given assurance that they would arrive on those specified days. There was obviously no regard for the fact that every time they failed to arrive, a number of people were inconvenienced on our side, as we had organised for people to be at home on each occasion to let your installers in.
Another major concern for us was that our home security was compromised, due to the fact that we had a massive glass sliding door that was unprotected for 3 days. We had specifically organised for your installers to come on the same day that we had the glass door installed, so as to not have to go without security, but that is exactly what happened due to your lack of service.
