The company took too long to respond to sn emergency. Alarm activation at my house in Riverlea which they are aware the area is crime ridden but they first have to phone the customer first prior ti them respinding. Took 25 to 30 minutes to responds ti the vomplaint. A person can be killed during that time. The service of their control room operators is also very poor they are rude and they cabt handle customers complaints.
