So i reported a fault to ADT that our alarm system and electric fencing which has both armed response is not working. Response time by these persons are a week or else we need to pay a call out fee of R500!!! What the am i then paying for???
Now they are telling me to give 30 days notice should i wish to cancell??? Why am i paying for a service that is not functional? What a joke and yet their consultants are not even sympathetic by the non-service delivery.
ADT need to catch a wake up call as they do not practice what they preach!!!
