What a frustrating journey with Maxidor this has been, and it is still not over! I have a Maxidor Trellisdoor which needed to be repaired after my tenant had damaged it. I first contacted Maxidor on the 20/5/2013 to get someone to come and quote on repairing or replacing my Maxidor Trellisddoor. The service from the start has been bad, from the amount of time it took to make an appointment, to the poor service received from the salesman who decided to go on holiday without ensuring that I would get my quote or that anyone else could assist me in his absence. There have been promises and arrangements made by the staff, varying staff members, which have just fallen by the wayside. I was once again let down by Maxidor this morning, maybe our new arrangement for tomorrow will be honoured?? Word of mouth has always been a good marketing tool!
