ADT a bunch of liars and

I have now replaced my remote 3 times and still its faulty causing the alarm to go off every time I enter my yard. I reported this to ADT every single month is 2012 yet nobody seems to come out to sort out the problem.

Now they have sent me a sms saying that I must pay for armed response as I have exceeded the qouta of 5 responses? What rubbish nonsense, I have wasted a lot of my airtime foning and reporting this to ADT and was promised that some1 will come and sort this out, but nobody did. Who's fault is it if ADT can't do their job, now I have to pay, no!!

Should they have done their jobs in the first place. They would only come out in an emergency and not everytome I enter my yard.

They obviously trying to make money off their clients!!! Bunch of!!!
