BAD SERVICE

I have been with C tracks for about a year, my tracking service does not work. I do not recieve any feedback when needed. i have taken my complained numerous times to their service department, the vehicle has been checked by their technicians 3 times. I still havent had the statisfaction that was promised after these complains, as the problems still persists.
