I have from the month of March 2013 taken over ownership of the ADT SECURITY contract in-terms of debit order details, My monthly debits have been going off the account but for the month of November I was debited of an amount of R450.85, upon my query with an in-efficient agent I was told that it was for radio license charge- I have no problem in paying but advise your clients regularly in-terms of charges or fees that will be due instead of inconveniencing them, are you'll even aware of the repercussion I would of had to deal with if that debit went unpaid???
Further to this on the 25 nov 2013 I was debited for an amount of R215.00 apparently as per the incompetent agent, I was in arrears for one month -he could not elaborate which month he advised his superior would call me regarding clarity&feedback which to date has not happened...

Today the 3 December I received an sms regarding been handed over to NUDEBT MANAGEMENT FOR COLLECTIONS, REF: ND17742857...

As far as I'm concerned my account is up to date and should I get any statuses on my name via credit bureau I feel sorry for the person that is responsible for this. ADT SERVICE LEVELS!!!
