EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I sent an email to Christell on the 12th Aug 2013 requesting a refund on my vehicle insurance as I bought a new vehicle and took insurance from Outsurance. She advised me that it will take 14 working days. My email to her: I am still waiting for feedback from you. Please can you now cc someone more senior to attend to this matter as this is my 3rd request to you to assist with that refund. Like I have explained to you twice and now for a third time, I cancelled my policy a month ago, so in theory the refund should have been done already. I want a date when this refund will happen and I am NOT going to accept 14 working days as the refund should have been done 14 days after my cancellation. I then sent the email on to two senior managers and NO FEEDBACK!!! I will NOT ACCEPT A RESPONSE LIKE THIS: We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be advised that your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant Area Manager for investigation and resolution. How can you send this to the are manager for investigation if I have sent my complaint to him already... JUST DO THE REFUND.
