Over the past months ADT has been deducted additional money from my account, I have been phoning them every week, and was promised the mistake will be rectified. I was ensured that for December I will only pay an amount of R210 since my account was in credit. On Friday 29 Nov 2013 I noticed that an amount of R210 was debited from my account, before the date that my account is normally debited. I contacted the account department which ensured me that no further money will be deducted fro December. However on 2 Dec 13 an additonal amount of R436.05 was deducted from my account which results in my account being in credit with R436.05 again. I am sick and tired of the poor service I receive from ADT accounts department and I am now going to do a stop payment at my bank.
