I've tried to contact Jon numerous times, his mobile number just goes straight to voicemail and he doesn't respond to text messages. I've had to contact the call centre to get him on the line for me and after finally making contact and discussing what needs to get done with him we're again left waiting and not able to get hold of him.
I tried going through the call center again and they were not successful in getting hold of him. They've given me a number of a colleague that he works with and also no answer. Needless to say I'm fed up with the bad service and all the while I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving.
Please can someone contact me and get the matter sorted out.
