Our house alarm went off after midnight while we were asleep,
we waited for Chubb to call to see if all is ok.
Needless to say we got a call 20 min later, by then we could have been murdered.
When we asked the call centre that called us, why it took so long
There response was " sorry but we were busy"
We are paying for a service to protect us
I think i will hold payment back and when they ask me why i shall say
" SORRY WE ARE BUSY"
