I noticed in December 2012 that none of my panic buttons works. I contacted the technician that repaired my alarm system before directly as he stays just around the corner from me. He promised to come and sort it out - NOTHING HAPPENED!! The I contacted John Taylor that is apparently in charge of the installations and repairs of these units and he said he'll sort it out. NOTHING HAPPENED!!! I tried to contact him, neither his cell nor his office answers calls. I've left a couple of messages and nobody gets back to me. We had an indecent a couple of nights ago and it was chaos trying to find the call center number in between all the action that happened. NO PANIC BUTTON TO PRESS!!! Maybe Chubb should have a look at their installers. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
