Our alarm system started to have an intermittent low battery fault, no one could explain why it was happening and an engineer had to come out.
After much discussion with a woman who was unhelpful I spoke to a Leon Martin. Leon Martin informed me and an engineer would come and have a look and if needbe the battery would be replace free of charge, the engineer knew nothing of this when he arrived and left doing nothing.
Still waiting for Leon Martin to return my calls and to deliver on his promise.
A company should never offer anything it cannot later deliver. This is symptomatic of Chubb and its general handling of its customers.
This is not the first time I have had to resort to Hellopeter to resolve an issue.
Called again today, no one can find this person, lodged yet another request for a call and still waiting.
Now I want to cancel this contract and am informed it will cost me for them to cancel the contract, never heard anything so stupid in my life.
While I dont expect Chubb to repond to this, it should serve as a warning to other not to use their services.
