Firstly, they charged me for a callout when it was confirmed with the cancellations lady that i will not be charged. It has been over a month and they havent credited the amount (R462.00-)... Whenever i call they say someone will get back to you and no one ever does.
Secondly, A consultant met with me to change my details, now i get a charge of R150- for a quote which i have no knowledge of???
This is the worst service ever and if it is not dealt with soon i will take my business elsewhere!!!
