Our ADT installment has been a constant R411.92. However R642.77 was debited from my husband's account at the end of last month. We received NO statement or letter from ADT stating that there will be a premium increase. There is a R230.85 deficit and we want to know why. If this matter is not resolved immediately we will be handing over to our lawyers. ADT has no right to debit an amount without informing the customer of a change!
