Treating existing customer's POOR!!!

I had upgraded to a BB9360 and a BB9320 (free internet serv) and received the phones end of Sept 2013. I had been told about the billing, pro-rata etc but had call in since Oct 2013 for overcharged amounts. Month after month I was made a promise that my billing will be right by at least Oct. A consultant noticed that I had been charged for BIS incorrectly. Another promise was made that my acc will b credited to the overcharged amount. 2 Months after still not credited. Only in Jan 2014 the amount was credited for my BB9320. Apart from that the BB9360 gave problems while charging since day 1. This is the 4th mth and the phone is with the upgrade/rep dept for 2 mths now after been send away, waited for a month and took it back again and still waiting. Shumbuzo (escallation dept) promised that he is working on this case, but to date, not a phone call, no follow ups and I had only one month's use of the 9360. I got a loan phone at least to keep me going after asking myself. So here's how it goes: 9360 - 2 mths in repairs, 9320 overcharged and in 2014 been credited after been charged for BIS and I am not suppose to be charged. Cell C and its employees could not care less!!!
