NO REACTION ON REFUND OF PAYMENTS

I signed a contract with ADT during February 2013 and stimulated that is was only for a thirty day period.
The contract was not cancelled after the thirty days and payments still went of my bank account.
After several telephone calls and a e-mail I send on 4 November 2013 to [Email Removed]
I still havent received any reaction from them regarding my problem!!!
