No response to repair faulty product

We have installed a decorative gate at our front door. We have paid more than R10k for this gate. Three months later the gate all of a sudden didn't want to open any more. The gate is still under guarantee. I have tried to phone them for two weeks but all of their numbers came back as invalid. I have filled in the automated request form on their website numerous times and emailed them using the email address on their website. Still no response. I will not recommend them at all.
