I have never seen such a bad security company than best secure they are useless and dont know what they are doing. they take up to 45min to get to my building and have no manners when i phone head office to find out what took so long i get told by joey or gina that i must no conplain because if i conplain to much then they will not send a car out. who the do they think they are. you guys should really change your name to BAD SECURE
