I emailed the SABC 4 months ago to cancel my licence - had one response asking for my ID number, replied to that email address, then after that no responses! And by thew way- the email address provided on their f*ing website is invalid!!!
Tried calling their call centre now (it's 8am) and they tell me to call back during their opening hours (7:30am to 5pm!!!) I am irate now as despite my efforts to cancel my licence I have just received a request for payment from them!!
